About the event

In today's technology landscape, where artificial intelligence (AI) is more than just a trend, effective development of complex AI-based products is crucial. This presentation sheds light on how 'Advanced Product Ownership' is desirable and necessary for successful AI developments. We will explore innovative techniques and practical Scrum patterns, such as Product Owner Team, Metascrum, and Value Poker, to maximize return on value. We will illustrate these concepts through a real-world case study in Natural Language Processing from the Pharma Industry. We will conclude with an overview of the future of Product Ownership, with a particular focus on advanced LLM such as OpenAI's ChatGPT.

Paolo Sammicheli is an Italian entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience, international speaker, and author of the books "Scrum for Hardware," the world's first significant publication on the subject, "Scrum for Hardware Explained," and "Scrum in AI - Artificial Intelligence Agile Development with Scrum and MLOps," which includes a foreword by Jeff Sutherland, co-author of Scrum and the Agile Manifesto.
