About the event
When unlocking agile passion beyond a few teams you may want to aim at choosing a lighter way. One that is suitable for diverse client contexts as an approach for addressing agile at scale or indeed achieving organisational agility. Scrum@Scale, created by Jeff Sutherland (the co-creator of Scrum) provides an alternative based on Scrum itself - the world's favorite agile framework. Just like Scrum, the framework is simple to understand but difficult to master, but provides proven approaches to: providing overall strategic direction to agile transformation; scaling challenges such as surfacing and managing organizational impediments; scaling Product Ownership; and managing cross-team dependencies. Thoralf will introduce a pragmatic case of applying Scrum@Scale in a challenging environment while using feedback to adapt quickly.
